In The land of Ayni Morena invites her audience through interactive performances on the streets towards a mysterieus installation. The word Ayni descents from the Quechuan language, spoken by the people of the Peruvian andes who live very traditionally in harmony with nature. The word Ayni literally means mutuality, and it is a cultural law of unconditional giving and receiving in order to create harmony, trust and love in our circle of life. We see the law of Ayni in this artwork as two masked creatures invite passengers on the streets to fully trust them and walk with them all the way towards an unknown installation named: The land of Ayni. ‘’Once passengers arrive at the installation they have no idea what’s about to happen. At that moment people’s bare emotions are exposed to the situation’’. As a reward for their trust in the creatures of Ayni, the gates of the installation open and they enter in a magical place where they receive a gift in the form of a personal and ritualistic performance. Again Morena only needs simple materials like plastic bags, treads of wool, feathers and some video-projections to create a magical universe. In this artwork Morena herself walked as a masked being on the streets to reveal her vulnerability and to make a deep connection with her audience.  ‘’In this performance it's all about trust while moving trough different spheres and connecting unconditionally with different beings that share our habitat’’ ‘As I walked masked on the streets my body felt like a vulnerable bridge towards another world’’. ‘’In this artwork people are challenged to break free from their daily patterns and allow themselves to be mesmerized’’.
